• Monitor quality, safety, and loss-prevention standards and ensure efficient operation.
• Assist team members and manage supplies, inventory, and basic expense control.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and timeliness.
• Follow emergency procedures and keep leadership informed of issues.
• Maintain Lost & Found records and communicate updates as needed.
