Hyatt Regency Dulles in Herndon, Virginia seeks a Valet guest services associate to transport guests to and from the airport terminal and designated sites, park and retrieve vehicles, and greet guests with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Applicants should have hotel or guest services experience preferred, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift luggage and assist guests with directions and information about local attractions.

Qualifications

• Hotel/guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with customers and defuse tense situations with tact.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear driving record as verified by MVR.
• Ability to lift and move luggage and packages.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the airport terminal or designated site.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely, courteous manner; use claim tickets.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with luggage.
• Provide directions to hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
• Maintain driveway flow to ensure accessible main entrance and loading zones.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries about hotel services and amenities.
• Communicate clearly the features and services of the hotel facilities.
