Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect hotel assets.
• Answer house calls and assist guests and employees with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate investigations of crimes against the hotel and persons and follow up accordingly.
• Assist sick or injured guests or employees, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports.
• Monitor security systems, logs, and incidents, and document contacts as needed.
