Job summary

The Ben, West Palm Beach, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard guests, associates, and property during third shift at our waterfront property.

This role conducts routine patrols, monitors security systems, responds to late-night incidents, and manages emergencies while delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a peaceful, secure environment throughout the night.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the hotel property and monitor CCTV.
• Respond to guest, associate, and emergency calls.
• Complete accurate incident and accident reports.
• Enforce hotel safety and security policies.
• Assist with Lost & Found procedures and monitor restricted areas.
• Provide professional guest service while maintaining a secure environment.
