Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group's AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown is seeking a Part Time Security Agent Overnight to protect guests and hotel assets. You will patrol the property, assist guests and staff with safety, and document incidents and reports.

The role requires excellent customer service, English fluency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts. Physical requirements include standing and walking for eight hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with diverse guests.
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand and walk 8 hours; adapt to varying schedules.
• One year of security or hospitality experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property and safeguard guests and assets.
• Assist guests and team members with safety and operations.
• Complete incident and accident reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Attend to pool area and back-of-house areas overnight.
