Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group's AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown is seeking a Part-time Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness in lobby, restrooms, and all public areas, and to restock supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. You will assist with event setup, respond to safety issues, and deliver courteous service while adhering to safety and PPE guidelines.

Flexible weekends required; prior hospitality experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas of the hotel.
• Restock supplies and amenities in public areas as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities held in public areas and cleaning meeting spaces.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and colleagues by being courteous, helpful, and attentive.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold the resort's standards.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
