Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or PMS software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out of guests efficiently and warmly.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly.
• Process payments and refunds with accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information on services, local attractions and transportation.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS and guest files.
• Follow safety and security protocols and verify IDs.
