TownePlace Suites by Marriott in O'Fallon, IL is hiring housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with full-time benefits. The role requires standing, walking, and multitasking to maintain brand standards and guest privacy.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Training provided, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds with or without assistance.
• Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently.
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
• Sorts, counts, folds, and carries linens.
• Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities.
• Transports trash to disposal area.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Uses chemicals and tools safely to prevent injuries.
• Follows key control and guest privacy policies.
• Communicates with maintenance about room needs.
• Resolves guest issues.
• Welcomes guests according to company standards.
• Anticipates and addresses guest needs.
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
• Complies with QA standards.
• Ensures uniform and professional appearance.
