Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English with guests, visitors and staff.
• Experience with property management and sales/financial systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Verify daily financial transactions and postings and perform analyses.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to Front Office/Accounting as required.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and hotel services to assist guests accurately.
• Run end-of-day reports and ensure the accuracy of postings for rooms and F&B.
• Transact and reconcile daily front desk and cashier activities as needed.
• Transmit credit card vouchers electronically to vendors as required.
