Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor in New Orleans to manage overnight front desk operations. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, compile daily revenue reports, audit POS systems, and balance accounts for the day.

We value teamwork and reliable, customer-focused service. The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk and night audit experience, strong math skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• Previous hotel night audit experience strongly preferred.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out during the overnight shift.
• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from front office system and POS.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer issues.
• Enter revenue/expenses to generate daily reports and balance accounts nightly.
