Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure a seamless guest experience and handle overnight procedures. You will balance accounts from the day shift, assist guests with overnight requests, and support front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer at least one year of related experience.
• Basic computer literacy including Word and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and time management.
• Able to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation.
• Oversee hotel operations as on-duty manager during shift.
• Take guest details, including payment information, and allocate rooms.
• Make travel arrangements and reservations for guests.
• Provide information on hotel procedures, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and queries.
• Coordinate Suite Shop sales and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain guest reservations while ensuring credit card security.
• Coordinate guest laundry delivery and special requests.
