Job summary

Hotel Bethany in Bethany Beach, DE is seeking a Night Auditor for an overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will post and balance daily hotel transactions, audit revenues, and ensure accurate financial records while delivering courteous guest service.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer-focused environment, strong English skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting concepts is helpful; a flexible overnight schedule

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts and Excel input is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post and balance daily hotel revenues and transactions.
• Prepare and balance audits for restaurant and hotel operations.
• Handle end-of-day computer issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile credit card postings with room charges and daily reports.
