Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Overnight Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN. You will patrol hospital facilities unarmed, maintain a visible presence, and provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, managing access control, and documenting incidents per site procedures. Must meet vaccination requirements and be able to restrain individuals when needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work near a morgue.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient, visitor, staff, and vendor service while following security procedures.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of hospital areas to identify hazards and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow healthcare location protocols.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to staff.
