Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time unarmed patrol overnight in Memphis, TN. You will monitor facilities, control access, and provide customer service in a technology-focused environment.

The role requires unarmed duties, 1+ year of security experience, and availability for night shifts. A high school diploma and a background check are required; CPR/First Aid and a driving-post background are pluses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Experience in a primarily driving post preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access to areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in reports and logs
