Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years IT support experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support clinical and administrative technologies enabling patient care.
• Perform equipment maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot desktop computing environments with minimal supervision.
• Support EHR and healthcare technology environments with updates.
• Create detailed documentation and manage support tickets.
