Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Bronte, Texas is seeking an experienced Haul Truck Driver for an overnight shift. The role requires operating rigid frame and articulated haul trucks, and transporting rock from the pit to the crusher with a strong emphasis on safety.

You will perform daily inspections, assist with maintenance, and communicate effectively with the team while complying with OSHA/MSHA regulations. A valid driver's license, clean MVR, and I-9 documentation are required; overtime may be

Qualifications

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous experience operating rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks.
• Ability to perform general laborer and cleanup duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre-and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Drivers License required
