Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am. You will maximize revenue by handling reservations and guest accounts accurately, and assist in all guest experiences from check-in to check-out and issue resolution.

This role requires attention to detail, numeric proficiency, and the ability to work independently overnight in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles; prior customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Must have numerical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in and check-out, take reservations, and upsell calls.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports).
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit and reconcile credit card transactions timely.
• Keep management informed of unusual operational or financial events.
• Respond to governmental inquiries.
