Qualifications

Knowledge of accounting principles.
Prior customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
Cross train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
Perform guest services functions such as check-in/out and reservations.
Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
Prepare and distribute daily reports (e.g., Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports).
Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards timely.
Prioritize functions to meet deadlines.
Perform regular data processing tasks.
Notify management of unusual events or policy deviations.
Respond to governmental inquiries.
