The Olympia Hospitality and the Sophy Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift to maximize revenue and ensure accurate guest accounts. Responsibilities include reservations, check-in/check-out, and resolving guest issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting principles preferred.
• Prior customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with financial information and basic arithmetic.
• Cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Perform guest services functions (check-in/check-out, reservations, upsell calls).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports, etc.).
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards timely.
• Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly data processing functions.
• Keep management informed of unusual events or policy deviations.
• Respond to governmental inquiries.
