Job summary

Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join the team. The role focuses on auditing, balancing, posting, and reporting on front desk and outlets, with attention to cash and credit operations in an overnight setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of night audit experience, strong Excel and hotel software skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site position in Nashville with growth opportunities within a Management Development

Qualifications

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment.
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office and hotel platforms.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly desired.
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations.
• Reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.
