Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a NSR Suites Part Time employee to respond to overnight on-call needs and maintain high service standards. You will live onsite in hotel lodging and address guest issues within 30 minutes of notification, including key/access problems, emergencies, and after-hours check-ins.

This role involves breakfast setup from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM, handling guest check-ins/check-outs when needed, and ensuring security of keys and property policies while supporting adjacent

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to greet guests and handle limited check-ins on a small overnight schedule.
• Proficient with computer systems (MS Office, hotel PMS).
• Clear communication and professional appearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Work as GSR and set up/maintain breakfast 5:30–7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, maintenance issues, noise complaints, safety events.
• Manage hotel keys and logging; protect against loss or theft.
• Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, greeting and registering guests when needed; collect payments.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and provide info about property amenities.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks and post payments to folios as required.
• Maintain familiarity with location computer systems and hotel PMS.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as needed.
• Cover other nearby hotels during staffing shortages when requested.
