Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Services Associate for Club Wyndham Cypress Palms Resort in Kissimmee, FL. This full-time, overnight position (11pm–7am, Wed–Sun) involves welcoming guests, handling registrations, and supporting reservations with courtesy and professionalism.

You’ll assist guests with information about the resort and area attractions, manage cash transactions, and ensure accurate folios. prior front desk or night audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle cash and follow procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation with hospitality mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced front desk environment.
• Willingness to work overnight/night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly from check-in to check-out.
• Guide guests through registration and provide resort information.
• Process cash and card transactions per procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and verify folio accuracy at checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
