Job summary

National Health Foundation is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the overnight shift at its Arleta, CA location. The role involves ensuring safety, greeting guests, guiding them through program guidelines, and coordinating with nursing and social services for on-site appointments.

The position requires strong customer service and communication skills, with bilingual Spanish preferred. Training is provided on the job, and background checks and TB tests are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in a Healthcare or Recuperative Care environment (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility. Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections. Conduct constant room checks throughout the day.
• Perform guest intake responsibilities, greet guests and orient them to program guidelines.
• Create, lead and implement engagement activities with guests; build rapport and trust.
• Assist nursing, social services and external partners with guest appointments on-site or check-ins.
• Maintain bed availability and documentation accurately.
• Assist with supplies inventory check/log and shift notes.
