Job summary

National Health Foundation in Glendale, CA is hiring a Guest Services Associate (Overnight) to maintain a safe, dignified environment for guests. You will handle intake, orientation, and nightly duties, including room checks and engagement activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating guest needs with nursing and social services, maintaining accurate records, and complying with NHF policies. A CPR/First Aid certification and CA driver’s license are required, with a swing shift 11:00PM–7:30AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in healthcare or recuperative care preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Must be able to work five 8-hour shifts.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, guests, and visitors.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility.
• Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections.
• Conduct constant room checks throughout the day.
• Perform guest intake responsibilities with orientation of program guidelines.
• Develop rapport with guests and garner guest feedback.
• Create, lead, and/or implement engagement activities with guests.
• Attend to guest requests and assist with on-site appointments.
• Maintain bed availability and documentation with accuracy.
• Keep shift notes, incident reports, and related records.
• Follow NHF policies and procedures.
