Job summary

National Health Foundation is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Associate for an overnight shift in Ventura, CA. The role focuses on providing a hospitable, safe, and healthy environment for guests, with emphasis on dignity and respect.

You will perform intake, engage guests, coordinate with nursing and social services, maintain records, and support staff while adapting to schedule changes. Requires High School Diploma and caregiving experience; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in a Healthcare or Recuperative Care environment (preferred).
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must be able to work a schedule with five (5) eight (8) hour shifts.
• Current BLS certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility.
• Perform guest intake responsibilities with detailed orientation of program guidelines.
• Create, lead, and/or implement engagement activities with guests.
• Assist nursing, social services and external partners with guest appointments on-site.
• Maintain accurate record keeping including shift notes and incident reports.
• Attend meetings and trainings aligned with the role (e.g., BLS, Crisis Prevention, etc.).
• Perform laundry, boutique, and mealtime duties as needed.
