Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant (NGLA) to support guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs per guidelines, and manage laundry and related duties ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You'll process laundry, dishes, stock housekeeping carts, assist with reservations, breakfast setup, and conduct property tours while adhering to company policies. Typical shift 11:00pm to 7:00am; ESA offers weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Able to operate property management systems and handle shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and operate maintenance instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Exercise good judgment at all times.
• Resolve guest-related issues promptly.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Complete laundry duties: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Process all dishware and maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Stock housekeeping carts and maintain brand-standard supplies.
• Handle reservations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
