Job summary

Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel, operated by Meyer Jabara Hotels, LLC, seeks a Night Auditor for the overnight shift to ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will manage banking, balance daily revenue, and assist guests with inquiries while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Customer service and cash handling experience is required.
Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM/Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
Requires proficiency in English and Mandarin to include speaking, reading and writing.
Must be able to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, verify registration, balance bank, post charges.
Provide information for guest inquiries and coordinate special service arrangements.
Answer hotel telephones courteously and follow Renaissance standards.
Prepare, stock, and serve beverages and food while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Follow Marriott policies for cash handling, safety, security, and daily revenue reporting.
