Qualifications

• Must have schedule flexibility for weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Requires proficiency in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus) to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be 25 years old or older to operate our shuttle.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the Hyatt Place culture.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes and balance postings.
• Courteously provide information for guest inquiries and coordinate special services.
• Answer hotel telephones courteously following Hyatt Place standards.
• Prepare, stock and serve beverages and food per recipes and POS operation.
• Be proficient with basic engineering functions (HVAC, fire panel, Saflok, etc.).
• Follow hotel policies on cash handling, safety and security.
• Drive the hotel shuttle and ensure safe transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and shuttle van.
• Ensure morning breakfast is ready by 6am daily.
• Oversee overnight shift policies and training.
