Job summary

Elysée New York, a luxury boutique hotel managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a meticulous Night Auditor to manage the overnight financial close and serve as the primary Front Desk presence after hours.

You will review audit reports, reconcile daily revenue and expenses, balance accounts, and prepare reports for hotel leadership, all while delivering warm, discretionary guest service during overnight shifts, including check-in, wake-up calls, reservations, and concierge recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Run and review nightly audit reports; correct discrepancies.
• Enter and reconcile daily revenue, expenses, and allowances.
• Balance department accounts and maintain financial files.
• Reset systems nightly and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for leadership.
• Serve as overnight Front Desk presence, handling check-ins and wake-up calls.
• Respond to overnight guest requests and reservations, ensuring follow-through.
• Maintain awareness of overnight arrivals and special requests.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on issues.
