Four Seasons Beverly Hills is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome, seat and assist guests with warmth and efficiency. This role supports our fine dining service in a high-volume setting, reporting to the General Manager of the Restaurant.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, is flexible across shifts including weekends and holidays, and can maintain a polished appearance while managing reservations and guest flow.

Qualifications

• We are looking for individuals who have computer knowledge with good communication skills.
• Previous experience of 2 years desired.
• Applicants are required to have high organizational skills.
• Speaking, writing and reading English is required.
• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• The host/hostess welcomes, greets and seats guests in a gracious, accommodating, and professional manner, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Set up the host/hostess stand and review the reservation book for room setup.
• Open the restaurant for business at the prescribed time each shift.
• Inspect dining room areas for cleanliness and ensure proper setup before opening.
• Know the menus, ingredients, and daily availability; maintain station charts and counts.
• Coordinate with servers and manage seating assignments to balance workload.
• Handle guests without reservations and assist with seating for parties.
• Address guests by name and handle any dissatisfaction with manager notification.
