Job summary

Target in Independence, MO is looking for an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations and guest service on the sales floor. You will help guests find what they need, greet customers, and maintain product availability while working with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset.
• Retail basics: inventory, pricing and shelf presentation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting shoppers.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability and assist with back-up cashier or drive-up duties as needed.
• Operate properly and safely in handling merchandise and use scanners as directed.
