Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support guest service and General Merchandise operations. You will greet guests, assist in locating products, help resolve issues, stock and organize merchandise, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.

This role requires lifting up to 44 pounds, flexible hours, teamwork, safety compliance, and a positive, guest-centric attitude. Training is provided to develop skills for a career with Target.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience across the store.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support teammates and maintain a positive attitude.
• Sort, stock, and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment if certified and unload freight when needed.
