Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring General Laborers / Machine Assistants for the overnight shift to support production at our facility. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities including forklift certification are available.

You will assist with machine setup, feed materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment in a fast-paced environment with strict safety standards. No prior manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators during production runs and equipment setup.
• Feed materials into production equipment.
• Remove, stack, sort, and organize corrugated products.
• Band, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Assist in production areas including Corrugator, Die Cut, and Joining departments.
• Operate equipment such as balers, unitizers, and downstackers.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Complete required production and inventory documentation.
• Help move materials and maintain production flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
