Job summary

Menasha Packaging is seeking dependable General Laborers / Machine Assistants for the overnight shift. You will support machine operators, feed materials, stack, prepare finished goods, and help maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No previous manufacturing experience is required; paid training is provided, with forklift certification opportunities after hire. Schedule is 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating roster; overtime opportunities exist.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators during production runs.
• Feed materials into production equipment.
• Remove, stack, sort, and organize corrugated products.
• Band, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Assist in production areas including Corrugator, Die Cut, and Joining departments.
• Operate equipment such as balers, unitizers, and downstackers.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required production and inventory documentation.
