Menasha Corporation is seeking dependable General Laborers / Machine Assistants for the Overnight Shift to join our production team. You will support machine operators, assist with production processes, feed materials into equipment, and prepare finished goods for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

No previous manufacturing experience is required, as paid training and forklift certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic requirements to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn multiple production processes.

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators during production runs and equipment setup.
• Feed materials into production equipment and assist in processing.
• Remove, stack, sort, and organize corrugated products; prepare for shipment.
• Band, label, and ensure finished goods meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production work instructions.
