Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide guidance on how to reach destinations within the resort.
• Identify and engage suspicious persons and verify their purpose on the property.
• Greet employees arriving for work and verify active OLCC Employee ID Card.
• Greet incoming warehouse deliveries and direct drivers appropriately.
• Coordinate with Security Officers during emergencies to guide emergency vehicles.
