Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Access Control Security Officer for the Gate House at the Orlando Regional Office in Windermere, FL.

The role focuses on observing and reporting, patrolling, and enforcing site rules to ensure safety and security. You will monitor activity, complete detailed incident reports, respond to emergencies, and work a variety of shifts. Candidates should meet minimum qualifications, possess a valid license, and have reliable transportation; prior security

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current or prior military experience, or college education in the security field desirable.
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred. Prior security industry experience and/or customer service is highly desired.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state. Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test where required.
• May require a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and company guidelines.
• Conduct walking/vehicular/golf cart/bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards and emergencies.
• Maintain site-specific duties and tasks per assignment, including customer service and loss prevention.
• Write detailed incident reports and coordinate with site supervision as needed.
• Adhere to post orders, policies, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Attend required orientation and training programs.
