We’re looking for that special "night person" individual who embodies the lifestyle experience. An ideal Thompson team member has a passion for creating unique experiences - and is their best self in the week hours of the night. This is a Supervisor role that requires the ability to self-lead and can perform auditing duties nightly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balancing of the accounts from the day shift.
  • Managing of the front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other activities according to guest preference.
  • Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
  • Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role.
  • Ensuring that all end of day activities have been successfully executed.
  • Answering calls and queries related to potential bookings.
