Job summary

Hotel Drover, Fort Worth's luxury Autograph Collection property, seeks an Overnight Resort Manager to lead nightly front office operations and ensure legendary service.

As on‑duty manager, you will supervise Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, and Valet, perform nightly audits, balance accounts, and coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping to uphold brand standards overnight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in luxury hotel leadership.
• Strong knowledge of front office systems and night audit procedures.
• Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations during overnight hours.
• Serve as Manager on Duty addressing guest concerns, safety, and needs.
• Perform nightly audit procedures with accuracy.
• Balance room rates, payments, postings, and adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping.
• Train and coach overnight team members on standards.
