Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in front desk, guest services, night audit or related area.
• Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Marriott MGS + Bonvoy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty during overnight shift and oversee all property operations.
• Ensure uniform and grooming standards are maintained across the team.
• Direct and support night audit staff and front office operations.
• Monitor guest tracking scores and employee survey goals.
• Balance daily shift, prepare banking, and report discrepancies.
• Train and coach the night audit team to maintain high service standards.
