The Cooper, part of Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC), seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager (Overnight) to supervise Front Desk, PBX, concierge, and bell staff, ensuring impeccable guest service and adherence to luxury standards. You will oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and daily operations to maintain a premier welcome and smooth night shift operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the luxury & quality environment.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the Front Office of a Four or Five-Star and/or Four – Five Diamond hotel with 300+ rooms, with two years of progressive management experience.
• Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office Manager in supervising all Front Desk staff to ensure smooth workflow and guest service.
• Interview, hire, train new colleagues, and conduct performance reviews.
• Greet guests with a warm, efficient welcome and introduce guests to front desk staff.
• Coordinate with Director of Rooms and reservations and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure lobby, front desk, and related areas are clean, presentable, and reflect hotel standards.
