Spire Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Overnight Supervisor to lead overnight front desk operations, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and uphold guest service standards at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando. You will coordinate with security, monitor night activity, and support the Front Office team while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of front desk and supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years front desk and supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide accurate information.
• Manage check-in/check-out and night audit procedures.
• Verify and imprint credit cards and process payments.
• Coordinate with security and other departments during night shifts.
• Maintain service standards and respond to guest requests.
• Prepare daily forecast of expected arrivals and departures.
