Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or combination of education and experience.
• No special license required.
• Two years combined front desk and supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to staff and instruct guest service representatives.
• Greet guests warmly, listen to requests and provide accurate information.
• Manage overnight registration, check-ins/outs, and night audit procedures.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; handle payments and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and assist guests with needs and requests.
• Maintain standards overnight and coordinate with security and other departments.
• Escort guests to rooms when needed and prepare daily arrivals forecast.
• Operate office equipment and file registration cards in room order.
• Perform other duties as assigned; support multi-property duties.
