Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Surf Club, Surfside, FL is seeking an Overnight Chef de Partie to lead overnight kitchen operations, supervise preparation, and ensure dishes meet Four Seasons standards for quality, taste, and presentation.

You bring a passion for culinary arts and at least 5 years in luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining settings, plus a culinary degree or formal training preferred.

• Minimum5 years of culinary experiencein a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items during overnight shifts.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to Four Seasons standards and recipes.
• Maintain the highest levels of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
• Support daily kitchen operations while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

About the Role:

The Overnight Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring every dish meets Four Seasons standards for quality, taste, and presentation. This position requires a strong culinary foundation, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional cuisine.
