Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to manage night operations and guest services across the property.

The part-time role focuses on ensuring safety, smooth check-ins, and seamless coordination with security, engineering, and guest services teams during 10pm–7am shifts. Experience in hospitality front desk or related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations, security, engineering, or facilities maintenance (hospitality preferred).
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment.

This position is part-time position, Friday and Saturday overnights only; 10pm - 7am
