Job summary

CSM Corporation is seeking a part-time Front Office night audit associate at the Residence Inn Lake Oswego. You will balance and close the prior day, prepare daily financial reports, and act as manager on duty during the overnight shift.

You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, verify billing, and provide local attraction information while delivering courteous, high-quality service. Prior guest service experience is preferred and excellent computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior night audit or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and close previous business day, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Manage the overnight shift as manager on duty.
• Process check-ins/outs and reservations, verify billing and special requests.
• Provide guest assistance knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Balance revenue sources and complete daily financial reports.
