Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our Boca Raton, FL location. The role requires greeting residents, checking guests, and operating security systems with strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour with a Friday/Saturday night schedule. Full-time benefits include medical plans, dental, vision, time off, and a 401(k) match. AEDT usage and NYC Local Law 144 guidance may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
