Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Front Desk Associate for a Sunday through Thursday night shift, 11pm to 7am. You will greet residents, monitor access control, respond to emergencies, and maintain daily logs.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently. Related experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and 401k are offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
Two to three years of business experience preferred.
Computer literacy: information systems hardware/software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Monitors Emergency Response System.
Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitors and controls access to the building.
Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
Other duties as required.
