Job summary

Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center is seeking a reliable Part-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role handles nightly audit procedures, cash handling, and overnight guest service while coordinating with security, maintenance, and other departments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining accurate records and exceptional guest care during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel Night Audit, Front Desk, or Guest Services experience preferred.
• OPERA Cloud experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures for hotel financial transactions, reservations, and reports.
• Reconcile daily revenue, payments, postings, and account balances and research discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute required Night Audit and operational reports to management.
• Perform Front Desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservation assistance.
• Accurately process cash, credit card payments, and authorization holds.
• Review reservations, payment instructions, routing, and billing for accuracy.
• Review third-party and OTA reservations to ensure appropriate payment and routing procedures are followed.
• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner and provide exceptional overnight customer service.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and follow up with appropriate departments and management.
