Job summary

PAH Management is seeking a Night Auditor for a Full Time position in Baton Rouge, LA. This role balances daily revenues in the PMS, closes out the business day, and prepares key financial reports while serving as the overnight front desk associate with warmth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic accounting knowledge, PMS experience, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Previous night audit or hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue transactions and close the business day in the PMS.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and operational reports.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Serve as the overnight front desk associate handling check-ins/outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries with a solution-focused approach.
• Conduct security walks and monitor safety throughout the shift.
